Today we will continue to reflect on ourselves and what are our most effective leadership skills. We will divide into groups and look at 5 essential leadership competencies: Model the way, Inspire a Shared Vision, Challenge the process, Enable others to Act, Encourage the Heart.
We will brainstorm qualities that fit into each category using a timed brainstorming activity and then we will view a film looking for these 5 essential leadership competencies and we will add qualities that we may have missed.
