Last class, we worked on developing a clearer idea of what leadership is. We got in groups and talked about 19 different ways to look at effective team work and we got in teams and did a blindfolded activity with a rope. Today we are watching a series of video clips on team work and collecting more information to add to our repertoire of understanding.
