We will read and try to complete all of Act IV and the questions today. We will look at the role of the witches in the play and the role of Macbeth's tragic flaw.
You will be presenting your scenes today and then we will read the rest of Act III and start on the questions
If needed, I will give you some time to work on your Presentations for Act
Today you will work on finishing the questions for Act II and the work on the disorder motif. You will then read Act III scene i and, in frou. In groups you will prepare
I will give you a 15 minutes at the start of class to finish up work on the questions from last class. We'll look at the messages about ambition contained in Act I. We will watch the Macbeth movie to the ending of Act I. We will then read Act II scene I.
Today we are continuing on with the reading of Act I. We will try and get through the act and then, if time, we will watch the movie representation of Act I. You will be getting a study package for Macbeth which contains all of the extra readings and your assignments, project and essay for this unit. Included are review questions for the end of each act. You will have some time to work on the questions from ACT I today.
Grammar Gambit today - Shakespeare words!! Today we begin the reading of Macbeth. YAY!! We will be dividing roles and reenacting Act I.
